A Tucson resident since 1979, and a licensed REALTOR® for over 30 years, I believe in working closely with clients to sell or find homes that best meet their individual needs. Purchasing a home is one the biggest financial investments anyone can make. I believe that honesty, integrity, extensive market and home knowledge, exceptional personalized service, and strong negotiating skills are paramount. I will work hard to exceed your expectations, whether buying or selling.
For twelve years, I was a multi-million dollar producer at Doucette Company, a custom home and subdivision builder in premium foothills locations, responsible for selling new construction and resale at La Paloma Ridge 4, Hill Farm, and Salida Del Sol. I handled all aspects from initial prospect through contract negotiations, home build, and close of escrow, as well as customer satisfaction post-close. This included site selection, working off blueprints, customizing home designs to specific customer needs, and working with many trades. Through this experience, I’ve developed many lasting friendships and business connections throughout the Tucson area. Since leaving the Doucette Company, I have actively maintained my real estate license and continuing education.
As an active member and committee chairman of Angel Charity from 1985-2015, an over 30-year member of Tucson Country Club, and former resident of Finisterra since 1994, where I was a V.P. Board Member, I have strong community ties. I also have served as a six-year board member of Friends of UMC, now Banner Medical Center. Originally from Michigan, I attended Michigan State University studying retailing and design. Home construction and interior design have always been a passion of mine. I’ve remodeled many homes personally, including our family’s summer cottage, and can translate that knowledge into helping you best sell or find your ideal home.
I enjoy being part of a strong Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty team, which has such an outstanding reputation. Please feel free to contact me so we can discuss your home needs.
